Delete Your Digaroo Account
Digaroo, operated by mandhetcetera, llc, lets you permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time, directly in the app.
How to delete your account
- Open the Digaroo app.
- Tap your profile, then open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account is deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile — name, username, email, bio, profile photo, and location
- Your ratings and reviews
- Your comments, replies, and reactions
- Direct messages and group chats you sent
- Your watchlists, bookmarks, Top 10 lists, and Favorite Things
- Your friends, friend requests, groups, and game history
- Your settings and device / push notification tokens
What is kept, and for how long
Nothing tied to your identity is retained for ongoing use. Residual copies that exist only in encrypted, secured database backups are automatically purged within 30 days, after which no copies remain.
Can't access the app?
If you can't sign in, email support@digaroo.app from the email address on your account and we'll delete your account and data for you.
